Luq Pain When I Don't Eat

"Belt brute!" So Peter loves to update their Facebook status after having trained a belt with strong wind. And finally I was able to emulate today in Lignano the day was perfect. Perfect belt mean. Rain, cold, not a living soul in the sea, but a nice 15 knots of wind from NE. In a show that water was really only the sea in winter can give. The sky alternated groppi a dark blue holes. Then a burst of water. Then a gust of wind. All in an amazing silence. Bello. Bello. steps while waiting for the flood in Lignano I'm in the car and look back to yesterday. I went out to the one with a fair wind from WSW. I am made of stern 40 minutes in the lagoon and when I arrived in Marano I almost turned around. The wind has dropped but the return was assured by the falling tide with the attached obvious outlet. My stupidity has caused me to put to test the shallows of the lagoon in a day when the sea was very murky: I ripped the rudder in 40 cm depth. But you know they are lucky, unfortunately (I say unfortunately because that I'll never learn). Waiting for me to return the Gazza. I light a cigarette. I explain. He smiles. Call. On Saturday afternoon, intense workout Lignano swept by a beautiful bora winds just below nodes. Every time I arrive in Lignano bora the wave is great but very strange very moved to the right, so we hauled on port tack while peaks against us on starboard side chutes. The lagoon is very interesting from the standpoint of tactical / strategic good and poor galore, pressure areas, winds, current. After more than two hours but the wind drops completely and I feel obliged to do the usual phone call to me that Gazza is to recover the huge raft of 200 horses of the YCL and roti. How true.

thousand reasons I was motivated to return to Lignano to train alone. First the short time I have in this period. Saturday afternoon I went out with light winds. Then a wrong calculation of tidal flows combined with total calm pushed me in the middle of the lagoon. At that point the sun was setting, and if it were not for the good heart of a fisherman in German (!) I was still there. But then the evening turned out well: in Dasen was the closing party of the Autumn Cup height of my company. Wild boar on the spit. Americans to rain. Cubist and loud music on the tables. Refreshing. Sunday the wind is always very light and the day is clear and mild. I go out around noon and point the open sea. A couple of hours of tacks and jibes, but the wind is very little. While crossing back Adriano (fellow bartender at the time of my extra clubbers) that makes me some pictures. This game is a bit 'to dock in zigzag between the motorboats. E 'evening.

Sim City Asks For Cd Every Time
form should be a nice race course. But bad luck would have it, we took three days of calm. Moral of the story played only one test. In the only race in a light wind from the south-west I ended with a bland thirty. But it was also the first trip I made with friends of Muggia. My vagabond nature is well suited to these constant changes, but I must say that this time the company was excellent. Charles, Betty, Gio, Hermes and Jan. All genuinely passionate about sailing and Laser. Someone even game but that's another story .... In the coming weeks the idea was to transfer land in Julian to train but I fear that many work commitments oblige me to do "basic" closer. Lignano prepared. I close with a note. I do not want my dear friend if I've dedicated Capri (as promised) the title of this post: today is a day to devote to the hope of change.

Irritations After Brazilian Wax
Saturday and Sunday was the "4 Paul" in Trieste. Classical late-season race open to many abuses. Aries III is already in Trieste, even in Muggia. The forecasts give strong bura and in fact when I get the sea is white and the sun shines. But the committee decided that the wind is too much and two in the afternoon opens the races. The conditions are not so extreme and I Carletto we decide to go for a couple of hours of training. This was my first mistake. Already in the morning I felt strange. I was not physically ill, I know ... absent. The two and a half hours at sea have been torture. I could not stand the stern and capsized the time. Upwind we tried to do some 'of regatine but I could not concentrami on anything. M'innervosivo immediately and caught dozens of lengths in minutes. Then we tried to do some 'pitch and one minute later and no legs refused to belt: I felt like "exhausted." I did not understand.
Then, while returning home, I thought a week just ended. To keep up to some important work I and my brother we had to jump through hoops working like crazy from morning to evening. I spent well over 50 hours in the office and unfortunately stayed less than half. And then, things have become clear to me. I pulled the rope too and my body and my mind I was just wondering a little time to recharge. I therefore opted for a change of plans and a return to ultradian rhythms: nothing Sunday races.

Cervical Position At Start Of Period
Barcolina the two Sundays ago, had already happened. Yesterday and today, the Cup race of the Town of Muggia, it happened again. I mean the fact of being in the lead in a race with good people and strong. Bora a beautiful Saturday swept the valley of Muggia and we ran three tests. In the first I had the "flash". Today there were conditions in which they generally are a total of difficulty: pure tactical positioning. But something is changing. Weekend was completely different than I expected. Saturday I wanted to do a good workout in Lignano, focus on "attitudes" racing (too long to explain). Sunday morning the idea was for an alarm dawn, then train to Trieste and then on Barcolana Furkolkjaaf my brother Pupo. But everything went wrong. POLODIGITALE.it that I needed a little work 'even in those days. In these times there is no need to complain because there's too much work right? However even if I had to give the party the Barcolana are still managed to train a bit 'in Lignano. I went out yesterday and today in the evening and came back almost in the dark. Very little wind. The legendary Fanatic, winner of many Barcolana, was the dream of those years. We can mount over had a privileged few. Oh well, do not digress ...
Saturday evening during a delicious dinner at the ancient seat of YCL, good Gazza gave me a floppy disk, a 3.5 "floppy. Prehistory computer. Inside the disk there was the legendary Jofanaut navigation software. This software was then to a "light years ahead" and, in some ways, continues to be. Born from the mind and hands of the engineer Faraglia, programmed in BASIC and running in dos, via NMEA interfaces to all aircraft instrumentation and navigation instructions from race worthy of the very expensive software B & G: layline, historical wind vmg target on polar, etc. ... This software
me a little 'fuck. From the day the engineer Faraglia took me aside and explained how the program works, and I still think that sailing is not inspiration or talent. But geometry and vectors. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe not, the fact is that Aries III has now become a technological laboratory.

Kate Nash Nicest Thing Piano Pdf
This evening I received an email with this attached photo of Alberto. E 'two Saturdays ago. In Lignano and children of the south wind blew YCL were sailing school on the beach for the feast of the course. I was in the sea but then I've achieved. I had given up the zonal rather than miss. And I was right. Just great.
Saturday and Sunday came just past the Bora instead. But much stronger. Too. We say that the gusts were over thirty ... I came out the same but I did more to learn how to handle these situations than for others. In these conditions are not racing. I discovered that the Laser, to windward, holding blow in these winds. Can not do rather stern. I could still loose in the wind but still managed just tried to place the boat was screaming and I had to strangle her in every way. I wanted to try to "give up the reins," but I could not to get a piece of the sea with sufficient depth to be free without danger of capsizing storge of the tree.
Sunday night I loaded the boat: this week it's off to the national team on Lake Garda. To help me out came the magpie, a veteran himself by windsurfing in a release. It was broken by all parties but his eyes were smiling.

the Master League of Gravesend, during the second day there was a boat that ran around the race course. On board was the handsome George. Great actor, rich and sexy. Adored by women all over the world and silently envied by some males. In the race course but there was a laser on board with Tazio, born 1938, professor of physics and mathematics in retirement. My Master League has gone well. They finished sixth a few points from the third. The first two were head and shoulders above all objectively. I honestly do not think I could get so high but now that the championship is finished it should give me the "mona". Mona because I did not fight enough, because I turned the mona first beat almost always between the 15/20 and then recover, mona for not having had the courage to attack Alexander in the last race (finished second!). To win you have to be hungry and it is time to fast. I take home above all this: a race is actually a war, where you have to give more 100% or more. When you lower your guard KO finish, you're slow, do not get, you pass, you deconcentrated, t'incazzi and everything goes to hell.
