Belt brute

"Belt brute!" So Peter loves to update their Facebook status after having trained a belt with strong wind. And finally I was able to emulate today in Lignano the day was perfect. Perfect belt mean. Rain, cold, not a living soul in the sea, but a nice 15 knots of wind from NE. In a show that water was really only the sea in winter can give. The sky alternated groppi a dark blue holes. Then a burst of water. Then a gust of wind. All in an amazing silence. Bello. Bello. I went out at about one and a half with the idea of \u200b\u200bdoing an hour of training and I found myself back who was practically blind. The wind at 15 knots is a bad beast: more delay, the weakening of the sail boat has the energy to go fast. But resist the fuck vang, cunningham and the basic pay of course with the quads. I smile: I have a feeling that the other work I am doing in the gym is starting to bear fruit. After Formia, a month and a half ago, I changed the methodology of training. I did after I compared Carletto. Him, little and light, with strong winds as people go much higher and heavier. In essence the work of more than maximal strength. Consciousness and hopeful that this yields using less muscles later. You know, the workout is not a race. We'll see. Christmas is near. Hvar as well.
